US Persons who own stock in Controlled Foreign Corporations (CFCs) might be required to file Form 5471. Form 5471 recently gained two new schedules: Q and R. These schedules were added to bridge the gap between the current Form 5471 and new legislative changes. In this webinar, we'll do an overview of the new Schedules Q and R of Form 5471. Who is required to file these schedules? What information is required to complete the forms? Additionally, we will use examples to review situations that require the use of Schedules Q and R, such as Section 962 elections and reporting distributions.
