Unlike a simple spreadsheet, this project was developed as a system in Excel, with a navigation menu, buttons, registration forms, transaction history, filters, automatic data updates, and various automations made with VBA in Excel. With this spreadsheet, it is possible to better control company information and view important data in a more organized and professional way. Professional navigation menu in Excel: The spreadsheet has a visual menu for quick access to the main areas of the system, such as Dashboard, Clients, Suppliers, Products and Inventory, Purchases, Sales, Financial and Lists. Client registration: In the clients tab, it is possible to register data such as name, phone number, email, CPF/CNPJ (Brazilian tax ID) and notes. There is also a list of registered clients, with options to edit, delete, search and update data. Supplier registration: The suppliers tab works similarly to the client registration, allowing you to organize the company's suppliers in a database within Excel. Product registration with inventory control: In the products tab, it is possible to register SKU, product name, cost price, selling price, gross profit, initial stock, minimum stock and notes.
