In 2019, the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal and Fisheries Resources (MARAH), through the General Directorate for the Promotion of the Rural Economy (DGPER), was entrusted with the implementation of the "Contract Agriculture and Ecological Transition Project (PACTE)." The PACTE's mission was to help meet food demand in terms of quality and quantity through the development of contract farming. After five years of implementation, the project leaders, accompanied by a press caravan, visited the PACTE's various achievements. The first phase involved visits to agri-food companies in the Central region from October 14 to 15, 2024.
