Segovia, Romanesque City Route, @LASJORNADASROMANICAS Church of San Juan de los Caballeros, The Church of San Juan de los Caballeros is a building in the Spanish city of Segovia. Formerly a Catholic church, it now houses the Zuloaga Museum. Built in the Romanesque style, it is located in the Plaza de Colmenares. It was owned by Daniel Zuloaga, who used it as an artist's studio. Church of San Nicolás, Built between the 12th and 13th centuries, the Church of San Nicolás de Bari is an example of Segovian Romanesque architecture. It features a single nave and apse, with a second apse integrated into the bell tower, a common architectural solution in Segovia during the Romanesque period. The main altarpiece, in the Renaissance style, is preserved in the Chapel of the Tabernacle in the Cathedral, directly opposite the image of Christ of the Marquises of Lozoya. The sculpture of Saint Nicholas of Bari, which originally gave its name to the church, is now located in the Campo Chapel, in the Church of the Trinity.
