MUST READ: This is James Maslow from Big Time Rush, at the BTR concert Citadel Outlet mall on December, 4th, 2010. He was inside the buliding blow drying himself because he was hot from performing i guess. I didnt mean to say "ha ha kinda freaky" at the beginning. Sorry about that. That kind of came out wrong. But he was obviously doing this on purpose and knew he was going to be seen by people. He was looking out the window at some parts. So i just wanted to make that clear.
