How to Treat Carpal Tunnel Syndrome #1 - Screen Your Neck
Dr. Sam Schroetke demonstrates How to Treat Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. This is the first video in a series of three that he will be doing, teaching you how to treat and get rid of carpal tunnel syndrome. It is important to rule out the neck as a source of your symptoms before moving on to the actual carpal tunnel exercises. So star with this video before moving onto the other exercises. Perform 10-15 reps, 6-7 x per day for 2-7 days. If you are better, then this is the only exercise you need to do. If you do not respond to this exercise at all, then move onto video #2
