Connor tried to escape reality ever since being a young teenager. Then the trouble began. Jail time, almost dying, being saved, rehabs, lost relationships, and family interventions. But, that did not stop him. When he took a step back and envisioned his family standing around his casket, he gave a friend a call, and it finally clicked to leave the hard drugs in the past. Then, 21 years old and bars found him and substance abuse began again, and back to treatment. He is now 31 years old and speaking at recovery groups himself.
