■ Saburo Koga October 5, 1893 – February 14, 1945. His real name was Yoshitame Haruta. He transitioned from a chemical engineer at the Ministry of Agriculture and Commerce to a professional writer. Before the war, he was one of the three great figures in the detective fiction world, alongside Edogawa Ranpo and Utaro Oshita.
