RESET AFTER A TRIP: spend a few days with me, routines, Christmas decor, getting movement in!!

Recipe for Harvest Bowls: For the bowls: Sweet potato Brussels sprouts Red onion Apple chicken sausage Farro or pearled couscous olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder For the dressing: 1/4 cup olive oil 1/3 cup tahini 2 tsp Dijon mustard 3 tsp honey juice of 1/2 a lemon salt & pepper to taste Preheat oven to 400. Chop veggies & place on a sheet pan — toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder (I always eyeball this). I like to put the sweet potato and Brussels on one pan and put them in the oven while I chop the sausage and onion, because they typically need a few minutes longer! While veggies & sausage are cooking, prepare farro or couscous according to package instructions. Mix all dressing ingredients in a mason jar & shake until well combined. The veggies & sausage usually take 30-35 minutes, or until slightly crispy. Once everything is done, assemble bowls & enjoy!
