The key to this recipe is patience — low, constant heat so the milk is absorbed gradually and the rice absorbs it completely. Stir occasionally so it doesn't stick to the bottom. ✅ STEP 3 — The Perfect Point 🍚 The rice pudding is ready when the milk has almost completely been absorbed and the rice is creamy and thick. That's the exact point that makes it irresistible.
