Thematic Forum on Volunteerism and Poverty Reduction, 2026 World Youth Development Forum

The Thematic Forum on Volunteerism and Poverty Reduction of the 2026 World Youth Development Forum is taking place in Wuhan. Over 150 leaders of youth organizations and youth volunteer representatives from international organizations and more than 30 countries will engage in in-depth exchanges on topics such as youth volunteerism empowering rural revitalization, innovative poverty reduction models, international cooperation, and experience sharing. The forum will also release the Case Studies of Chinese Youth Volunteer Service for Poverty Reduction and the 2026-2028 Plan for China Youth Volunteer Program with UN Agencies under the China Youth Volunteer Overseas Service Program, uniting youth volunteer forces from all countries to contribute to poverty reduction and sustainable development.
