Top 100 Favourite Manga (2.0)

Turns out, I extended this list first before filling up a 100 for the Seinen Manga. And as you can see, I had to re-define what is the origin point for a series, for if I stuck to having the first chapter release define the origin point, we would have Concrete Revolutio, Cowboy Bebop, Code Geass and Space Dandy here, which gets kinda ridiculous.
