TOP TIER! Mifune AKA Samurai Jack GAMEPLAY! ONLINE Ranked Match! Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 4

Today on Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4, we're playing as what I think is one of the TOP TIER characters in Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 4; Mifune AKA Samurai Jack as I like to call him. What makes Mifune a TOP TIER character in my opinion is his speed. He's EXTREMELY fast let alone combo heavy to the point where at times he'll make you feel like you're playing a different game. On the down side though, with him being so fast all you really need to do is press circle & he pretty much does the work for you with how he lunges at you with how fast he is.
