'Digital Minds Evolve' Programme - Information Webinar

Insurtech Australia is excited to announce our partnership with EDII – leading provider of innovation-focused education and talent development in the UK – in bringing Digital Minds programmes to Australia. Evolve is a 2-day, ANZIIF-accredited, in-person programme, running in Sydney on Tuesday 11th and Wednesday 12th August 2026. Immersive and hands-on, it focuses on practical tools and techniques to help participants challenge thinking, explore new approaches and collaborate with peers from across Australia, led by expert insurance coaches and facilitators with deep international and local industry experience. This interactive Evolve information session was designed to give a first-hand taste of the programme before registrations close. EDII experts Caroline Bedford and Hélène Stanway introduced the EDII Digital Mindset and added their insights and industry perspectives on transformation management and innovation leadership. Evolve is designed to equip mid-to-senior talent across all areas of insurance with the skills needed to succeed in an AI-centred, digitally driven industry. The programme builds practical understanding of innovation, provides insight into the technological trends shaping the industry and its clients, and develops the skills to evaluate customer wants, needs, and motivations – enabling participants to drive meaningful change.
