Mercedes W140 M104 Bad Throttle Response FIX! | RPM Drops When Pressing Gas Pedal

In this video I diagnose and repair a bad throttle response problem on my Mercedes W140 2.8 petrol with the M104 engine. The car had unstable RPM, hesitation when pressing the gas pedal, and almost stalled when trying to move off in first gear. RPM would first drop down before going up, and the throttle response felt delayed on both petrol and LPG. After removing the electronic throttle body, I found damaged biodegradable wiring insulation inside the actuator and heavy carbon buildup.
