What’s happening in this 8 Mile movie clip? Greg (Michael Shannon from Man of Steel) finds the eviction notice of Jimmy's mother (Kim Basinger from L.A. Confidential). He insults and hits her but when he’s about to leave, Jimmy (Eminem) doesn’t let him. He knocks him to the ground, and hits him. His mother manages to separate them, but as soon as they are up again, they start fighting again. Greg eventually leaves, and Jimmy realizes that he has scared his little sister (Chloe Greenfield), so he reassures her as much as he can.
