The motor's dynamo is a separate model and is connected to the rear wheel by a belt. With a liquid-cooled system, the BMW CE-04 is claimed to produce 42 hp at 4,900 rpm and a maximum instant torque of 61 Nm at 1,500 rpm! It offers a choice of riding modes: Eco, Rain, and Road, plus a reverse mode, as well as ABS, ASC, and a keyless braking system. Furthermore, all lighting is full LED, with a 10.25-inch TFT digital instrument panel with BMW Motorrad smartphone connectivity. The brake system is disc-type on both wheels, using dual discs with radial calipers at the front and a single disc at the rear.
