[shih tzu] 1st Snow in 2022 Vancouver.

This year, the first snow in Vancouver came earlier than usual. I was so excited since they had lots of fun last year. I spent over 15 mins to get them ready but soon realized the snow condition is not ideal for them to play. It's slippery and crunchy after some light rain and got frozen overnight. I hope we will have some fluffy snow next time.
