Lesley Gore - California Nights (Music Video) [HD]

This month marks the 55th anniversary of the recording of Lesley Gore's hit "California Nights", in November of 1966. Released in January of 1967, the song reached a peak of #16 on the Billboard Hot 100, as well as a peak of #11 on the Cash Box chart. With such exemplary numbers, "California Nights" proved itself to be a commercial comeback for Lesley, whose two previous singles, "Off And Running" and "Treat Me Like A Lady", had only managed to reach #108 and #115, respectively. I had originally posted a music video for this song on May 2nd of this year (on what would have been Lesley's 75th birthday), but I accidentally deleted it. Which sucks because it was nearing 10k views. However, I had wanted to re-do the video for some time, since my editing skills have improved quite a bit over the past six months.
