During the session, the defense filed an appeal after the exclusion of the testimony of one of its witnesses and certain documents that sought to challenge the suitability of the prosecution's experts. For their part, the Prosecutor's Office, the Public Ministry, and the victims' representatives opposed the appeal, alleging lack of relevance and insufficient grounds.
