Estúdio TRT - #18 - Saúde Mental do Trabalho - Marlon Freitas de Campos

Mental health at work is the topic of the 18th episode of Estúdio TRT. The guest on this edition is psychologist Marlon Freitas de Campos, PhD in Social and Institutional Psychology and professor at PUCRS. He discusses the close relationship between transformations in the professional environment and the exponential growth in cases of leave due to anxiety and depression in recent years. The program also addresses topics such as burnout (professional exhaustion syndrome), platformization and precarious work, and the update to Regulatory Standard No. 1 (NR-1), which includes the mapping of psychosocial risks among the obligations of employers. Journalists Juliano Machado dos Santos and Guilherme Villa Verde, from the Social Communication Secretariat of the TRT-RS, conduct the interview.
