UMI Unitronics Inverter Drive S1 stop start

Checking that the speed can be set from the front keypanel and retains data on power cycle. Reset to factory P00.18=1, set P05.01=1 moved link from PW and COM to PW and +24V and used wire link to Start Stop drive between COM and S1. Set speed to 25Hz. Stopped drive (open cct to S1). Cycled power, (wait 30 seconds) drive powered up preset to 25Hz.
