Groet is a village located in the municipality of Bergen in the Dutch province of North Holland. On January 1, 2023, the village had 1,540 inhabitants. Groet was an independent municipality for a short period, in 1834 the municipality of Groet was already incorporated into the municipality of Schoorl, which itself was incorporated into the municipality of Bergen in 2001. Wikipedia Groet is een dorp gelegen in de gemeente Bergen in de Nederlandse provincie Noord-Holland. Op 1 januari 2023 telde het dorp 1.540 inwoners. Groet is een korte periode een zelfstandige gemeente geweest, in 1834 ging de gemeente Groet al op in de gemeente Schoorl, die zelf in 2001 opging in de gemeente Bergen. Wikipedia
