Does that mean giving up on reality? Some of you might think these things. However, the "doing nothing" I'm talking about today isn't about giving up on life or ceasing necessary actions. It's about taking a break from constantly creating future scenarios in your mind based on the reality you see now. That's the perspective. When you're trying too hard to change reality. When you feel like you're repeating the same reality over and over. When you're learning about the law of attraction and reality creation, but for some reason you feel distressed.
