Faux Terracotta Pumpkins that Look Like Pottery Barn Pumpkins

I have been seeing a ton of people making these DIY terracotta pumpkins out of faux plastic pumpkins. Of course I had to try it. I really enjoyed creating my own. I made the stem out of Iron Orchid Designs Air Dry Clay, you can find some on our website here https://markethousediy.com/collection... Then I used Dixie Belle Mud in the color white to blend in where I attached the stem. After that I used equal parts paint (just plain old acrylic paint) and baking soda to create a textured paint paste. I painted my pumpkin with a few shades of orange and terracotta. Then I dusted one pumpkin with baking soda and another with flour. Let me know which one you like better. Thanks for watching! Ally
