How I Made a Backlit Drafting Table // Building My Mom's Drafting Desk
With my mom's birthday coming up, I wanted to build her a proper drafting table that's also backlit. The desk is made entirely from cedar and uses virtually no screw. I decided to create a design that was a combination of a lightbox and a drafting table, that way the user gets both functions out of one table. It ended up being super sturdy and stable, which is exactly what I was going for. Overall I'm pretty happy with this build, I just wish it hadn't taken nearly 2 months to complete😂 If you like seeing content like this then hit the sub button so you don't miss out on anything!
