James Mendelsohn on the Stephen Sizer verdict
Stephen Sizer is a Church of England minister with a long history of antisemitic and antizionist activity. In May 2022, he appeared before a Church of England Disciplinary Tribunal, following a complaint made by the Board of Deputies of British Jews in 2018. The verdict, which is as yet unknown, will be handed down on the afternoon of Tuesday 6 December. This event will consist of initial reflections on that verdict and its wider significance. James Mendelsohn is a Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of the West of England.
