Well thanks to the Cosmonarchy mod there is, and it's fully scripted and voice acted! This mod completely changes the game, from the economy, mechanics and all the way to the units! This feels completely different from vanilla Brood War. This video features gameplay from mission 3 of the 'Lost Gods' Campaign; Mendacity. This is a sort of anthology of missions, with each of the three featuring one of every race. This is the Zerg mission, and is one of the hardest I've played!
