Engin Acar, who started mushroom production in Adıyaman before the February 6, 2023 earthquakes and then continued production in Malatya, noted that he could not meet the demands. Acar stated that they produce an average of 200-250 kilograms of mushrooms per day and that they offer the obtained products for wholesale at 110 TL per kilogram.
