André Oliveira e a importância do Direito Ambiental

The threat of climate change and the importance of environmental law are discussed with Professor André Oliveira, from the Academic Unit of Law, in episode 49 of the Conexão UFCG videocast, presented by journalists Kennyo Alex and Gloriquele Mendes. André Oliveira holds a doctorate from UFRGS, a master's degree from UFSC, and a bachelor's degree in Law from UFCG. He leads the Research Group on Constitutionalism, Climate and Democracy and works in the areas of Climate Change, International Law, Constitutional Law, International Relations Theory, Intellectual Property Law, and Research, Development and Innovation.
