मित्रों, भारत की विदेश नीति सबके साथ जुड़ने की है। इसमें अमेरिका जैसी महाशक्तियां भी हैं और 1 लाख की आबादी वाले सेशल्स जैसे छोटे देश भी हैं। दोनों ही उतने महत्वपूर्ण है। इसी नियत और नीति के साथ प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी आज तीन दिनों के दौरे पर अफ्रीकी देश सेशल्स पहुंचे। सेशल्स अफ्रीका का सबसे कम आबादी वाला देश है। यहां की आबादी केवल 1,20,0 के करीब है। सोचिए भारत में इतनी आबादी वाले तो सैकड़ों शहर होंगे। दिल्ली और मुंबई में कई ऐसे इलाके होंगे लेकिन इसके बावजूद भारत की विदेश नीति में सेशल्स भी अहम जगह है। 2015 के बाद यह दूसरा मौका है जब पीएम मोदी सेशल्स की यात्रा कर रहे हैं। प्रधानमंत्री सेशल्स के राष्ट्रीय दिवस के स्वर्ण जयंती समारोह के मौके पर पहुंचे। वो इस कार्यक्रम के विशिष्ट अतिथि हैं। इस दौर में दौरे में पीएम मोदी सेशल्स की संसद को भी संबोधित करेंगे। साथ ही वह वहां मौजूद भारतीय समुदाय के लोगों से भी बातचीत करेंगे। फेशल्स से भारत के सदियों पुराने संबंध का जिक्र करने से पहले आपको वहां की एक दिलचस्प तस्वीर देखनी चाहिए। Friends, India's foreign policy is one of engagement with everyone. Guided by this intent and policy, Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in the African nation of Seychelles today for a three-day visit. Seychelles is the least populous country in Africa; its population is merely around 120,000. Just think—India has hundreds of cities with populations of this size; there are likely many neighborhoods in Delhi and Mumbai alone that are this populous. Yet, despite this, Seychelles holds a significant place in India's foreign policy. This marks PM Modi's second visit to Seychelles since 2015. The Prime Minister has arrived to attend the Golden Jubilee celebrations of the country's National Day, where he is the distinguished guest. During this visit, PM Modi will address the Seychelles Parliament and also interact with the local Indian community.
