For those that struggled with my small diamond pattern, as seen at the top right of the screen. Here is a link for those that are interested:    • DIY Macrame Tutorial: Small Diamond Patter...   This pattern looks very similar BUT it is much easier to create. This pattern can be used in replacement of my small diamond pattern if you’d like. Let’s get started. Set up - Cut two piece of 6mm 3 ply rope, each piece is 2 meters in length. Fold each piece in half and attach each piece to your dowel using a Lark’s Head knot. Please note that if you are incorporating this pattern into one of your designs you will need to add additional length to inner cords (the working cords) as these are the cords that are used to tie the knots so you’ll require additional rope. Start by cross the two outer cords in front of your work. Bring the cord in the back left to the front of your work and through the loop then repeat with the back right cord. Using the back left cord as your working cord tie a diagonal double half hitch knot moving to the left. Repeat on the right side of your work (tie a diagonal double half hitch knot moving to the right). Repeat that process until you’ve created a chain of circular knots of your desired length.
