LDO Voron 0.2 Build - Frame Assembly and Squaring

I'm building the smallest Voron 3D printer with the goal of tuning it to print with the highest possible precision. In this episode we finish up the structure for the frame, preload a lot of nuts that will be used to attach pieces in the future, and then square up the completed frame.
