Carol made Gibson's birthday cake, but did the guests like it? ➡️Subscribe:    / @famíliamariaclaraejp   Instagram:   / familiamariaclaraejp   Facebook:   / mariaclaraejp   https://linktr.ee/Mariaclaraejp 🔴 CAKE INGREDIENTS: ➡️5 Eggs (whites and yolks separated) ➡️1 1/2 cups of sugar (270g) ➡️1/2 tablespoon of your preferred essence (I used vanilla) ➡️2 1/2 cups of wheat flour (300g) ➡️1 cup of milk (240ml) ➡️1 tablespoon of baking powder (10g) 🔴 TIP: For a moister dough, you can add 100ml of oil to the recipe, right after adding the essence. 🔴 Baking pan used in the recipe: 25x7 cm 🔴 Cup used in the recipe: 240 ml 🔴 Oven temperature: 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) 🔴 Baking time: 40 to 45 minutes depending on the oven 🔴 FILLING INGREDIENTS: ➡️ 2 1/2 cans of sweetened condensed milk ➡️ 500 ml coconut milk ➡️ 3 tablespoons of wheat flour or cornstarch ➡️ 4 egg yolks ➡️ Strawberries and peaches 🔴 TOPPING AND SYRUP: To moisten the cake, I used peach syrup. To cover the cake, I whipped a mixture of chantilly cream for 5 minutes in a mixer.
