Find more recipes here: https://goo.gl/YxJaqt SALMON IN CREAMY AVOCADO SAUCE Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets 1 Hass avocado 1/4 cup basil leaves 1 garlic clove Juice of 1 lemon Slices of 1 lemon 1/4 cup heavy cream 6 tbsp olive oil Salt Pepper Preparation: 1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and bake them in a previously greased baking dish for 15 minutes, covering the skin. 2. In a blender, food processor, or mixer, combine the sauce ingredients (avocado, lemon juice, heavy cream, garlic, basil leaves, salt and pepper, and a little olive oil) until you have a smooth, even sauce. 3. Serve the salmon tossed with the sauce and garnished with basil leaves and lemon slices. SALMON IN GARLIC AND PARSLEY FLAVORED BUTTER Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets 2 garlic cloves 1/2 cup butter 2 tbsp parsley Salt Pepper Lemon slices Preparation: 1. Make a flavored butter by mixing the butter, finely chopped garlic or garlic paste, parsley, salt, and pepper. 2. Roll the butter in plastic wrap and freeze. 3. Season the salmon well with salt and pepper. 4. Heat the griddle or nonstick skillet thoroughly and melt a little flavored butter. 5. Sear the salmon on the skin side and let it cook for 5 minutes. 6. Turn it over and add more butter. 7. Using a spoon, baste the fillets with butter until well browned. 8. At the last minute, add a little lemon juice and serve, garnished with lemon slices and parsley leaves to taste.
