Developers VS Community | A Helldivers 2 Case Study

Over the past two years the state of Helldivers 2 has consistently declined, improved, and declined again. Take some time with me to look at the state of the game, analyze the way that Arrowhead Game Studios interacts with community feedback, and theorize simple (not easy) ways to get the game back on track for the new year.
