How Dan was Always Gossip Girl

It’s been almost 12 years since the final episode of the CW’s hit tv series Gossip Girl premiered. Unlike the majority of fans, I had no complaints on the show’s ending, even the reveal that the anonymous scandal blogger herself was Lonely Boy Dan Humphrey the whole time. After 11 years, many debates with friends, and NUMEROUS rewatches of the series I still hold the same opinion I had then today, Dan being Gossip Girl is THE BEST ENDING FOR THE SHOW. I am going to prove that not only does Dan being Gossip Girl make sense, but that there is no other ending possible that would have been as satisfying.
