Cycling Around Taiwan - Part 2 - Navigation and Oysters.

Welcome to the second part of my bike tour around Taiwan! In this video, I’ll be traveling from Qingshui to Tainan, with stops in Hou-hsi, Beigang, and Tainan along the way. The entire ride around Taiwan is about 1,000 kilometers. While some cyclists complete it in 8 to 10 days, I’m taking my time, covering about 50 kilometers a day. This pace allows me to fully immerse myself in the journey and explore the unique places I pass through. In Beigang, I made a special stop at the High Heel Wedding Church, a truly unique landmark that adds a bit of whimsy to the ride. Just like in the first part, I’m not strictly following the Cycling Route No. 1. Instead, I’m choosing my own paths, which lets me discover hidden gems and connect with the local Taiwanese culture. Meeting people and learning about their daily lives is a big part of what makes this journey so special. Thanks for joining me on this leg of the journey. I hope you enjoyed the video, and I look forward to seeing you in part 3 as the adventure continues! See you in the next video!
