Join me for a quiet walk through Purok 3, Barangay Masaplod Sur, Dauin, Negros Oriental, where the day begins long before sunrise. Roosters announce the new day, fishermen return to shore, families prepare breakfast over wood-fired stoves, water is pumped by hand, animals are fed, and children, dressed in their school uniforms, make their way safely across the National Highway to school. There is no script and no staged scenes—just everyday life as it happens.
