In this video, I'll show you how to prepare it quickly and easily. 🟢 Ingredients for 4 servings: 500 g char trimmings for the stock 750 ml water 1 carrot, 1 parsley root, 1 onion, 100 g savoy cabbage 50 g butter, 5 juniper berries, pinch of caraway 12 g butter, 12 g flour for thickening 100 g char fillet for the garnish 🔪 Preparation: 1. Prepare the fish stock 2. Sauté the vegetables and season 3. Pour in the soup, thicken, and refine 4.
