In this video, we’re working with a 1999 Yamaha B90TLRX, so we’re actually working with three carburetors. See how to remove the carburetor bank on your B90TLRX. We’ll disconnect each of the three carburetors from their separate linkages and electrical connections so that we can get it on the bench. Then, we’ll use a Yamaha outboard carburetor repair kit to replace the parts we need. The kit serves one carburetor, so you’ll need three kits for all three carbs. We’ll clean the jets, inspect the pilot screw, replace the gasket, and then get the carb back together again. Then, we’ll show you how to connect the carburetors together again and re-install the carbs on your Yamaha outboard.
