DeLonghi ESAM 6700 Coffee Machine - Display Repair

In this video we attempt to repair a DeLonghi ESAM 6700 coffee machine with a display problem. The replacement LCD screen is this one: https://www.crystalfontz.com/product/... It was purchased from Germany here: https://www.lcdstore.de/CFAH2004K-TMI-JP Note there are 2 versions available and I purchased the 33 ohm version. I think it controls the screen brightness and figured you can just short out the resistor to make it the 0 ohm version but it seems bright enough so no need.
