The Journey to building the Baddest KLX140! Ep.6

I purchased a brand new 2023 Kawasaki KLX 140 for my 12 year old son and shortly after he grew a foot! I had a choice to make... Buy him a larger bike or build his KLX into a super capable 170cc four stroke super mini with fully tuned motocross suspension? Of course I went with the second option which is why you are seeing this video :) I purchased a 2000 KX100 basket case dirt bike which was used as a donor for our build. We rebuild everything with all new parts and what resulted is a super unique, and very cool dirt bike! Not only was my son able to learn the mechanics of a motorcycle but he was able to advance his ability as a rider with a bike capable of meeting such demands. You want a custom super mini built?
