We use the imagery of a clear, slow-moving stream and stones — each one representing something we've been gripping that no longer serves us. Pride. Fear. Resentment. Control. Self-pity. One by one, we set them down. This isn't about shame or self-condemnation. It's about trust. Humility. And the quiet grace that does the work we cannot.
