Sous Vide Turkey - Wow What a Difference!

This is hands down the best way to make Turkey in my opinion! I decided to show what Sous Vide Turkey breasts and Legs/Thighs came out like if cooked sous vide and then Fried/Broiled. I cooked the breasts in a 145F bath for 2.5 hours then Fried one for 2 minutes each side. I also broiled one for 5-6 minutes. The Legs and Thighs I cooked sous vide at 160F for 2.5 hours and did the same. Prior to cooking I equilibrium brined the meat overnight in a 1.5% salt solution. Came out super juicy, and flavorful you must try it! You can get my entire Sous Vide setup from the links below for well under $300 Please use this link ( https://www.amazon.com/shop/ctp1111 ) for shopping!
