Messerschmitt Me 262: How Were They Actually Shot Down in WWII?

A small look at the ways ME 262's were shot down during WWII. One common idea when reading online comments on reddit or youtube is that the ME 262 was largely invulnerable to being shot down except when taking off or landing. While there is some truth in this, a read through of books on the ME 262 showcases plenty of examples of the jets being shot down by Allied fighters or bombers when they were flying at high speed and high altitude.
