Shockingly the report makes a clear insulation towards the role of the pilots - without going into the details of how this could well be a hardware / software failure as well. The fact that the fuel cutoff switch was a KNOWN issue has been brushed under the carpet. Are the 787 investigators making another 737-Max style mistake???
