This is a Persimmon Rufford house. Now my home. 870 sq ft. Internal garage with access from inside, and 2 other car spaces. Painted white throughout at my request, with internal styling features that I chose such as kitchen tiles, surfaces and doors, and a fitted wardrobe in bedroom 1. Red brick and grey roof. Grey carpet and wood effect flooring in other rooms. It has a loft too. 2 showers, 3 loos. Nice size garden for me for my sheds later on.
