Here is the recipe: Rice Pudding Recipe 1 ½ cups long grain rice 4 cups water 6 cups milk 1 cups sugar 2 eggs 1 Tablespoon vanilla 1/8 tsp cinnamon --Boil rice in water till water is gone. --Add milk to rice and cook on low flame till thick. --add sugar to rice and cook on low flame till thick. --Beat eggs, vanilla, drop of milk and cinnamon. --Add egg mixture to rice and cook till thoroughly blended. --Put in bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon. Note: recipe can be cut in half or doubled.
