Synopsis: The Ronda mountain range has a long tradition of charcuterie. From there come shredded meat, pork rinds, homemade chorizo, and Ronda-style black pudding. The sausage factories are usually small, family-run businesses that maintain the traditional flavors in their products. Today we visited one of them in the town of Benaoján.
